Shipping Policy — Mode. Drinks

We ship across Australia and aim to get your Mode to you quickly and reliably.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days for metro areas and 5 to 10 business days for regional areas, via Australia Post and trusted couriers. These are estimates and can vary during peak periods.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping is $9.95,and shipping is free on orders over $99. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within a few business days, email us at on@modedrinks.com.au and we'll chase it up.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).

We currently ship within Australia only.
